Our Story

Our journey began with a simple belief: great coffee starts at the farm. Inspired by Nepal’s rich coffee-growing regions, we set out to connect local farmers, skilled roasters, and passionate coffee lovers.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small initiative into a trusted name in the coffee industry: one that values traceability, craftsmanship, and people. Every bean we roast and every skill we teach carries the story of the hardworking farmers, dedicated trainers, and coffee lovers who make Cupping Room what it is today.

Barista Training

22 days. 2 hours per session. 20 percent theory and 80 percent practical. Flexible schedules.

  • 20% theory: history, farming & varieties, processing, roasting, caffeine, espresso variables, hospitality.
  • 80% practical: manual brew, espresso, milk steaming, latte art, hot/iced beverages, equipment handling, customer service, menu development.

Origins

Our coffee journey begins in the lush hills of Syangja and Kaski, two of Nepal’s finest coffee-growing regions. At around 1,200 meters above sea level, these highlands provide the ideal mix of rich soil, cool climate, and altitude for cultivating premium Arabica coffee. We work closely with local farmers, offering training, promoting sustainable practices, and ensuring fair trade to strengthen both the land and the community.

Each coffee cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, then carefully processed and roasted to bring out its unique aroma and flavor. From these fertile slopes to your cup, every sip reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the people who make it possible.
